After so much googling and trial and error methods, I finally found a very easy way to install mtk vcom drivers which is required if you have any intention of using the sp flash tool.
REQUIREMENTS
1.working brain.
2.vcom drivers
3.windows pc
PROCEDURES
DISABLING DRIVER SIGNATURE VERIFICATION
*.swipe out the charm bar. (win+c)
*.click "Change PC Settings"
*.click Recovery in the left hand side
*.then just below the "Advanced Startup" click restart now.the PC should restart immediately, then it will display a blue screen with options, select the " Troubleshoot" option.
*.then click the Advanced Options
*.then click the Startup Settings and restart.the PC will restart and show some options.
*.Now click F7 to disable Driver Signature Verification.then restart PCINSTALLING MTK VCOM PRELOADER DRIVER
*.Open the vcom folder you must have downloaded
*.install the driver
*.Now open the vcom folder, rightclick on the usb2ser_Win764, usb2ser_Win7 and MDMCPQ, then click install.
.this is the response you should get (image below). viola! you can now flash that stock/custom rom.
