See Photos Of The World’s Most Expensive House On Sale For £315 Million

Villa Les Cèdres, an 18,000 square-foot estate in the South of France that comes with a 14-bedroom mansion and 35 acres of land, was built 187 years ago.
It was once owned by Belgian King Leopold II, who bought the glorious patch – along the coast of Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat – in 1904 after becoming exorbitantly wealthy from his savage exploitation of the Congo Free State.
It had previously been owned by the mayor of Villefranche-sur-Mer and was used as a farm for olive trees.
The property still has one of the most beautiful gardens in Europe, which includes manicured lawns, 15,000 plants and 20 greenhouses containing rare tropical vegetation.
The palatial home even features a ballroom, an Olympic-size swimming pool and stables for up to 30 horses.
Close neighbours include British composer Andrew Lloyd Webber and Microsoft co-founder Paul Allen.
It is now owned by Italian distiller Davide Campari-Milano SpA, which owns Campari and Grand Marnier liqueurs.
It has previously been spoken of as being worth £900million, but Fabio Di Fede – the managing director of Société des Produits Marnier Lapostolle – told Bloomberg that price tag is ‘absurd rumour and folly’.

“Moaning During Sex Is A Crime” – Ghanaian Lawyer

 \

Legal practitioner Maurice Ampaw says incessant loud moaning during sex is a crime which must be punished.
According to him, moaning infringes on the rights of others and must be stopped.
“Why is it that you are having sex and I cannot sleep? In a compound house, they are having sex with you and everybody cannot sleep, you are infringing upon their rights to privacy and you are committing a crime and a wrong to them because you are committing what we call sexual nuisance,” he said.
The legal practitioner told Lexis Bill in an interview on Behind the Fame on Drive Time on Joy FM that, “Everything that makes noise, everything that makes you uncomfortable is a nuisance.”
The controversial lawyer explained that, “There are some girls when they are having sex and you are passing on the streets, you will hear them moaning and screaming.”
“The worst ones are the men, if you are a man and you are having sex too and you are talking and moaning…can’t you control yourself? You should have self-control,” he said. “When animals are having sex do you hear them moaning like that?”
Maurice Ampaw recounted an experience in Koforidua in the Eastern region where he could not get sleep because of the excessive noise being made by a couple having sex at a hotel he was lodging at.
“After I had finished with a hard day’s work at 7 o’clock I checked into my room and this guy and this girl came to town to chill…and they came to also rest
I was lying down before I could realize, [their] bed [was making noise] and then I woke up, I could not sleep and the girl was giving commentary,” he narrated.
The legal practitioner, who was clearly not amused by the experience, said the couple punished him because he was also in the mood and he didn’t have anybody to have sex with.
“If you are enjoying, enjoy but don’t come and infringe on [my rights]…We must put a stop to it,” Maurice Ampaw concluded.

Here Are The Top Nigerian Musicians That Blew And Then Went Back To Being Upcoming Artiste

The Nigeria Music Industry is moving very fast. The trends come and go, new talents emerges everyday, and old musicians think of new ways to stay relevant.
If you are a musician in this volatile business, then you have to master the art of change. A good number of Nigerian musicians have been able to pull it off while some others have been too slow to handle it.
There are certain others who had their big breaks but failed to leverage on it consistently until they really got to the height of their careers.
They released hit songs, got really popular, and then just as fast as they made it, dropped back to the ‘upcoming list.’ For some, they just lost their lucky streaks and for others, they relaxed a little too much by failing to even release songs.
You’ll certainly agree with me that the following Nigerian musicians ‘blew’ and then suddenly became upcoming all over again.
Ice Prince
Gone are the days where girls were screaming ‘TeanZamani.’ For some reason, Ice prince and his wonderful hits are no more. Unlike Brymo, Ice prince had more than one hit song.
From ‘Aboki’, to ‘Oleku’, ‘I swear’, ‘More’, and so many really thrilling tracks. Even the one he did with music veteran, Sunny Nneji’ was wonderful. Alas, 2017 and he seems to be completely forgotten. For some reason, his 2016 songs didn’t do well and we haven’t heard anything new from him since then.
Chidinma
The wonders of being a winner of Project Fame West Africa are immense. You get a recording contract, get exposure, a brand new car, and get a sudden pay out in millions of Naira. However, none of these things has helped Chidinma remain in the limelight.
Her name isn’t forgotten as she has been in the media. She has however not been on our tv screens or radio stations well enough for us to hear her. Her last few songs have been poor and she appears to have given up. We’re hoping she releases something soon enough before she fades into oblivion completely.
Brymo
Brymo came into the spotlight out of nowhere and he stole our hearts in an instant. Olawale Ashimi, better known as Brymo, is a Nigerian singer, songwriter and composer. Unfortunately, he hasn’t really been worthy of that status since.
Formally Signed under Chocolate City, he has released a few albums that haven’t really done well. If you have the average Nigerian about Brymo, they’ll probably only remember him because of his track ‘Ara’ which was released as far back as far back as 2011. In fact, that was his first track under Chocolate City. What’s happening?
9ice
We can all agree that 9ice has had his fair share of popularity. He has also stayed in the industry long enough. Somewhere at the peak of his career, he decided to use his fame and goodwill to pursue his other dream which just happened to be politics.
We do hope that is working out for him somehow. What we know, however, is that his attempts at coming back hasn’t just worked well. Let’s hope he pulls back up in good time or we’ll just have to add him to our list of past wonders.
Rudi Omo Ibile
Abiola Babatunde Afeez with d stage name RUDY OMOIBILE is the crooner of LONI LOMA DELEYIN a song that receive a massive acceptance from the Nigeria community after which he release another Hit Song Titled PATE obo early last year.
Even though PATE OBO is a very dirty song that doesn’t stop it from making a massive wave in the Nigeria Industry when release early 2016. Rudi Omo Ibile is also popular for track like SHINAA, KIKI (THICK) and so on.
He is being managed by STREET TUNEZ ENTERTAINMENT But ever since the release of PATE obo the Nigeria listeners have been asking questions about the where about of RUDI OMO IBILE.
Others are Faze, Sky B, MI, Kelly Handsome, Eedris Abdulkareem, Omawunmi, Mr raw nwanne, & Daddy showkey.
Who do you think we missed out ?
NOTE : This post is not to ridicule any artiste or disrespect anybody***

[A Must See] Top 5 States In Nigeria With High Employment Opportunities

Oil price, Naira value, Employment rate and other rates might be dropping drastically, but one ‘rate’ (aspect) of the country which has virtually refused to reduce/drop, is the rate of fresh graduate pushed to the labor market almost every quarter of the year.
This is no longer a surprising news. Two streams of corps members in every batches is now a norm as far as the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) is concern.
As a result, the labor market is currently the most populated market in the country, even far more populated than Aba, Alaba and all the International markets in Nigeria combined.
More worse is the fact that even the little available job opportunities in the country are not equally distributed across the Nation’s 36+1 states. And that is why, in this article, I’ll be showing you Top 5 States in Nigeria with High Employment Opportunity.
After reading through this article, I’ll recommend that every serious job seeker, should at least, have a resume with a residence address in one of these state, especially the state of your choice, that is the state you want to start hunting job in.
I know someone will be asking why you should follow the above recommendation. In my next week’s edition of job tips, I’ll be sharing with you why you should not use one state’s residential address to apply for a job vacancy that will be taken in another state.
Top 10 State in Nigeria with High Employment Opportunity
1. Lagos State:
Without any doubt or question asked, Lagos remain the center of Nigerian’s Economy, and the largest center of commerce in the whole Africa. In the past 7 – 9 months, Lagos state have accounted for more than 60% of jobs. The interesting part of it all, is the fact that, no matter your field of study, in terms of job opportunity, Lagos state have something to offer, making the state the last resort for folks that studied stubborn courses from their higher institutions.
2. The Federal Capital City – Abuja:
Following after Lagos state, is the Federal Capital Territory – Abuja. It no doubt that Abuja remains the ‘landing page’ for most foreign folks, especially foreign NGOs with project to pursue in the Northern part of Nigeria. And also, don’t forget the presence of those huge, huge government-owned establishment and Parastatals. Despite all those, the benchmark set by Lagos state in terms of employment opportunity remains unbeatable.
3. Borno State
I know most of you are expecting Rivers state to be the next, I expected same, but our statistics showed the opposite, giving the third spot to Borno state, Nigeria. Wondering why? Well, the answer is not far fetched, NGOs! The consistent Boko Haram insurgence in the northern part of the nation especially Borno state, has drawn the attentions of both indigenous and foreign Non-governmental Organizations to the state. Currently, there are above 20 indigenous and foreign NGOs, actively recruiting for various projects in Borno state, bringing the state to the third spot on our lists of Top 5 States in Nigeria with High Employment Opportunity.
4. Rivers State
Yeah, now to the Nigerian oil depot – Rivers state. Want to pursue careers in the Oil and Gas industry, then you better start hunting jobs in Rivers state. That however, does not mean that the only available job opportunities in Rivers state is in the oil and gas sector. You can find career opportunities of varying categories in Rivers state as well, and below is the list of job vacancies currently available in Rivers state.
5. Oyo State
The Last but not the least, is Oyo state. To be more specific on that, I’m referring to Ibadan, because 8 out of ten vacancies in Oyo state is taken in Ibadan, the state capital. In fact, this is not just the case of Oyo state alone, all the aforementioned states are characterized with more job opportunities in the state capital, and few scattered among other local government of the state with exception to Borno State.
Conclusion
Like I said earlier, if you are a serious job seeker, start hunting jobs in the states mentioned above, and you should really start now, especially serving corps members. I’m not saying every single job seekers out there should relocate to the above states from the whole 36+1 states in Nigeria. But just add a bit more diligence to your job hunting tactics.
Don’t confide yourself to finding jobs in your state or locality alone, lunch out your CV’s and resume to any of the above states with more employment opportunities, and as you do that, consider my earlier recommendations.
When applying to a job available in any of the above state, or another state outside your state, please consider using the address of the state where the job is going to be taken in your CV or resume. You may have a brother or friend who resides in such states, ask them to give you a detailed address so you can include it in your CV.
Also try and memorize the address in case luck shines on you, and you get called for a phone interview.

New Viral Disease Known As “Monkey Pox” Hit Bayelsa State (Graphic Photo)

A new viral disease known as “Monkey Pox” has hit Bayelsa state. According to the state Commissioner for Health, Prof. Ebitimitula Etebu who spoke to newsmen today,
the disease has been detected in a medical doctor and 10 other persons and that they have all been evacuated to an isolation center located at the Niger Delta University Teaching Hospital (NDUTH) Okolobiri, Yenagoa local government area of the state.
Etebu described monkeypox as a viral disease caused by a group of viruses that include chicken pox and smallpox, adding that the first case was noticed in the Democratic Republic of Congo and subsequently had outbreaks in West Africa.
He said that the virus as the name implies was first discovered in monkeys but can also be found in other bush animals such as rats, squirrels, and antelopes. He stressed that the strain of the virus found in West Africa does not cause death.
“Recently in Bayelsa State we noticed a suspected outbreak of monkey pox. It has not been confirmed.
We have sent samples to the World Health Organisation (WHO) reference laboratory in Dakar, Senegal. When that comes out we will be sure that it is confirmed. But from all indications, it points towards it.
The source is usually all animals. It was first seen in monkeys and that is why it is called monkey pox.
But every bush animals like rats, squirrels, antelopes are involved. So, the secretions from particularly dead animals are highly contagious.” he said
The commissioner listed the symptoms of the viral disease as severe headache, fever and back pain amongst others, adding that most worrisome of all the signs were rashes bigger than those caused by chicken pox.

Pretty Nigerian Lady Allegedly Brutalized By Policemen For Having Tattoos On Her Body (Photos)

A young Nigerian woman has shared a sad experience in the hands of Nigeria Police officers in Rivers state after they attacked her for having tattoo on her body.
A Nigerian woman has shared a sad experience she had in the hands of Nigerian policemen in Rivers who brutalized her for having tattoos on her body. The woman identified as Chioma Pius said she was assaulted while travelling from Bayelsa to Port Harcourt. She is now demanding for Justice.

She wrote:
“Today was a horrible day. I experienced the worst day in my life. Today I was brutalized by police officers. This happened at emohua axis of river state. At the highway leading to bayelsa. My crime was that I tattooed my body. In this modern age. A police officer asked me to step down from the taxi I was traveling with from bayelsa to portharcourt. I asked to know why and he asked again so I got out of the car and then he asked to know who I was and what I did.
I gladly introduced myself after which i had a big smile on my face and my phone rang but I couldn’t answer and then he said I should I identify myself to his superior which i found funny and I was just looking at the guy when he said I should get detained. That I don’t have manners and that am a cultist, prostitute, armrobber, there is no disgusting name this men didn’t call me and all this time I was just laughing and telling them am not entering their mobile cell. They seized my phones so I couldn’t record them.
They searched my purse And when they couldn’t find any money they got more angry And said that I don’t even have money And am showing myself And before I know if one of the officers grabbed me by my trousers and pushed me to the van and the other guy slapped me and punched me repeatedly. I was asking why they are beating me up and their boss used his gun to hit me on my thighs, went away came back with cane And was flogging me And calling me names. And pushed me into their cell. During the struggle I lost my ring and while this was happening they were collecting money from highway drivers and letting them through without searching them. This guys are animals. They touched the wrong one. They will not go unpunished. They sent away my taxi driver. Passer by were watching it couldn’t do anything.
I will not be humiliated for no reason. This police officers are not here to protect us but only to hurt innocent ones but its enough what’s wrong with one tattooing their body. Please share and repost.”

Here Are The Top 5 Artistes Who Have No Hit Song In 2017

The music scene has become more competitive with the influx of young talented artists like Wizkid, Davido,Olamide, Falz, Yemi Alade, Adekunle Gold, Mr Eazi, Patoranking, Kiss Daniel, Ycee, Reekado Banks, Runtown, Small doctor, Tekno ,to mention just a few giving some big names in the industry a good run for their money.
But it seems some notable artistes are yet to have made any hit song this year even though some of them have released some singles and even collaborated with other fellow entertainers.
Below is a list of some A-List artistes who have no hit track to their names.
1. D’banj

The Koko master is arguably the biggest artist in Nigeria in the last 10 years. When he first debuted with his label mate and partner Don Jazzy. It was a partnership made in Heaven.
D’banj was releasing hit upon hits – Tongolo, Why me, Fall in Love, suddenly ,Igwe ,Pere were all national anthems then no wedding or party was complete without playing Dbanj’s song.He was the biggest artiste in Africa. He even had a collabo with American Superstar Snoop Dogg .
The kokomaster went international with the release of his song Oliver Twist cementing his status as Africa’s Micheal Jackson. Things began to go downhill when he left Mohits records, like a pack of cards his career began to crumble. Last year he made a brief comeback with his song Emergency, it was a temporal relief and his fans expected him to maintain the tempo.
While he still has some star quality based on his numerous endorsement deals,he has not done any song that is enjoying massive airplay and the year 2017 is almost gone. The Koko Master is loved by many no doubt and it is hoped that he will use his koko to bring something out soon.
2. MI Abaga

Mr Incredible popularly rose to fame in 2006 with his song Crowd Mentality. MI with his fellow label mates Ice Prince; Jesse Jagz redefined rap music in Nigeria which was going extinct.
His song Safe is regarded as one of the best rap songs by an African. His style of rap is likened to Kanye West as his delivery and punch lines are second to none in Nigeria. After the success of safe, he released some hit bangers like One Naira, Africa Rapper Number one, Action Film, Bad Belle and Bullion van.His last album Chairman won the best Rap Album in last year’s Headies Award.
But it seems that the ‘Chairman’ as he is fondly called by his fans and contemporaries has forgotten that he has a huge follower who believed in his charismatic presentations of lyrics.
As one of the best MCs in the hip hop genre,he has a bigger crowed than most of his equals. But 2017 has not really seen the vibes coming from him. It is believed he would drop something for us that would make the industry and fans crave for more.
3. Iyanya
Image result for iyanya
After the release of ‘Kukere,’ the Calabar born artiste who won the first edition of Project Fame could do no wrong. He followed it up with your waist, Sexy Mama, Lekwe Ukwu, What’s your flavor, Mr Oreo amongst others. In 2017, he has not really had a fair deal in the music industry.
Maybe that informed his decision to team up with Mavin to revive his career. 2017 has not been great for our man, but the Mavin Crew are known for hit songs and as part of the crew, we expect him to drop something that would continue to enjoy massive airplay to the admiration of his female fans.
4. Ice Prince
This artiste who due to his hit songs was nominated for LEADERSHIP Artiste of the Year came into limelight with Oleku and the song was regarded as one of the top 10 most played songs in the last decade. After the success of Oleku, he subsequently released other songs that have hit the airwaves like Super star, Whiskey, Tears for Naija, That could be us and Magician.
In 2017, most fans would be forgiven to think Ice Prince is an upcoming act as he has been completely relegated to the background. His releases this year and features include; Magic, Successful,OD Woods with Vector,Bless my way, Bam Bam, All Night Long , Satisfy and a host of others.
Since he left Chocolate City, he has not really showed fans that he is a strong force to be reckoned. The Oleku crooner needs to release a hit song before the year runs out as his fans are patiently hoping and waiting for him to dominate the airwaves once again.
5. Cynthia Morgan

With the release of don’t break my heart, the industry knew that Cythnthia Morgan has come to stay in the Nigerian Music Industry. Her brand and style of music was fresh and Nigerians were happy we have found our own Queen Patra.
Subsequently when she dropped German Juice, she confirmed her status as an A- list artist. She also had some good songs like drops That Baby Mama, Olowo, Lead me On, I am Taken, Come and Do, In Love, Bubble up, Money, Twerk It, Kiss and Tell, Hey Boy, Up and Down With In love and No Cameras.
So far, she has been gradually fading into obscurity as we are yet to hear a hit banger from our Ragga queen .Maybe she is cooking something in the studio that would sweep us off our feet.
Do You agree ?
