A third man has been arrested after a video of him clinging to a chopper as it took off went viral.
The incident, which happened in Ukambani, made him the third man as he joins the other two, Saleh Wanjala of Bungoma and Julius Mwithalie of Meru.
In the short video shared by celebrated radio host Shaffie Weru through his Instagram account, a group of men is seen milling around a chopper as it readies to take off.
