A lot of people desire to lose weight but the thought of exercising puts them off.
Thankfully, there are a few ways to lose weight with actively exercising, they include:
  1. Cut out soda- In order to get rid of that tummy bulge, you have to avoid soda at all cost. This is not an easy feat and might take a while but the rewards make it worth it. One thing about doing this is that your body stops craving it after a while.
  2. Practice portion control- You can not expect to lose weight without exercising by eating a lot. Try reducing the amount of food you eat especially carbs, rice, eba and so on.
  3. Try not to eat after 9pm- A lot of experts say don’t eat past 6:30 or 7pm. However, this is not very realistic as lot of people get home late because of traffic and other struggles people face. 9pm is a good compromise.
  4. Eat healthy snacks- In order to achieve or maintain your ideal wight without exercising, you have to forfeit unhealthy snacks like meatpie, chips, cakes, for healthy snacks like apples, carrots, and so on.
  5. Eat home-cooked meals- It is very easy to eat out, however you should not as this leads to weight gain. Opt for home cooked meals as you can monitor everything you put in it.
