[READ] 5 Little Ways Of Relieving Yourself From Troubled Condition

Maybe you are feeling like you are no longer getting the juice out of life or you are getting overdose of it. Don’t worry, there are many people like you out there feeling the same way. One thing for sure, Naijaloded is here to help you.
Try these few steps :
1. Be Thankful
We are all what we are by the grace of God in our lives. Sometimes, it is relieving to spend little time out of your day to show appreciation for what you have done so far. It will always get better, you know.
2. Stay around positive people
Sometimes, when we have gotten so exhausted in our profession and maybe we are giving up, we need encouragement from people around us and when the people are the ones that are occupied with negativity, it becomes more discouraging. So you just have to be strong for yourself by staying positive.
I will strongly advise you to stay positive with positive people around you. In fact, spend time with like mind kind of people.
3. Let go the bad memories
As human, you may be troubled from time to time concerning your past experiences, or what happened recently. Occupying your mind with those thoughts will bring more headaches. You need to understand that, in life we must meet the bad days, even though we don’t pray for it.
Fill your mind with imaginations of coming good days ahead.
4. Don’t think too much
In fact, thinking is good; for a man that don’t think is surely a walking dead. But, when you think over an issue for too long, it might affect your feelings and mental strength.
5. You always need to take a break
Now, we are in a world of work smartnot work hard. If you disagree, make your research. You don’t have to overwork yourself to achieve your goal in your everyday activity. Instead, seek helping hands. It’s more about mind-work.
I am not saying you should not work hard. But, let it be with wisdom.
Your comments are highly welcomed !!

5 Ways To Deal With People Who Don’t Value Your Worth [MUST READ]

One of the more difficult problems in life is allowing the behavior of other people to affect how we judge ourselves. When we feel rejected by co-workers, family or friends, we tend to look at ourselves as wrong or unworthy. The most important thing to know is that the actions of other people have very little to do with you.
If a friend is distant, your mom is critical or your boss gets mad at you, this has everything to do with what’s going on with them and very little to do with you (and your value as a person). They might be having a bad day, or are caught up in some story going on in their heads and so on.
So what do you do when you are not feeling that others value your worth?
(1) Don’t take it personally.
Remember that others’ actions don’t have anything to do with you and let it go. Tell yourself that their actions have everything to do with them.
(2)Feel your emotions.
Emotions arise when you’re triggered by something outside of you or going on inside of you—these emotions are our friends. Emotions are our brain’s method of letting us know that we aren’t on track to meet our needs. A good way to calm yourself is to identify the emotion by name; I’m angry, resentful, hurt and etc. Just saying what you feel will calm you down. Then you can look to yourself rather than to others.
(3) Reaffirm your value.
If you feel yourself doubting your value because of others’ actions, recognize that you determine your value. Your value is not determined by others’ actions or judgments. Reaffirm that you believe you have great value—appreciate the things about yourself that are good and that have value. Be grateful for this.
(4) Adhere to your boundaries.
Know what you will and will not accept, and don’t allow yourself to be pressured or feel humiliated. Act in accordance with whom you are and what you believe. Healthy personal boundaries and high self-esteem go hand in hand. Having strong boundaries means that you prioritize your needs and your emotions and do not assume responsibility for someone else’s needs and emotions.
(5) Show compassion.
If a person is rude, irritated, defensive or afraid, then he or she is in pain. When you’ve already checked in with yourself and realized you are good to go, then help the other person relieve his or her pain. If your help is not wanted, then that’s OK too. Your worth isn’t determined by whether someone wants or uses your help—it’s the fact that you tried to help that’s a statement of your value.
We can be better friends and co-workers if we take things less personally, are aware of our emotions, adhere to our boundaries and are more compassionate.

[A Must Read] The 5 Major Reasons You Are Single To Stupor

I know that feeling that comes with being single, in a world where you see people around you loving up and getting hooked by the one they love.
Most times, you feel not so bothered, you wish to love and be loved right back, but here you are single and maybe unhappy. Often times, you can’t wrap your head around why you are single to stupor.
You wait on intending spouse to come your way, you even have design of what your wedding day would be, the kind of dress, the ambiance and many more. Before you know it, it’s just a dream and you are still single.
Relationship is not for everyone, but some people complain bitterly about being single, and they get curious to know the reason behind it. Below is a list of possible reasons why you are still single to stupor.
1.YOU ARE NOT READY:
There are times we tell ourselves we are not ready, but if you keep saying you are not ready, you may never be ready. If you find the right one, give them the chance, instead of waiting till you are ready.
Many times, we feel we still have enough time and we just play around till we get caught unaware. You send off potentials intending spouse away, all because you are not ready.
2.YOU HAVE A CHECKLIST:
Many times, we go about with a list of our spec. We are too interested in the flashy things we could get from a relationship, instead of facing the real deal. We want someone that is already financially stable, someone that is cute, tall, pink lips, a particular tribe, age and other qualities.
3.YOU HAVE A WRONG ATTITUDE:
So many people are single with wrong attitudes. Do you ever wonder why it is so difficult for people to approach you? It is either you turn them off with your attitudes. Sometimes, you see yourself as a perfect person and ignore those obvious flaws.
The attitudes could be nagging, laziness, rude way of talking, disrespect and many more.
4. YOU LOVE THE SINGLE LIFE:
This happens when you are so in love with your status and you feel there is no need adding another to it. Your life feels happy and the idea of being single is just cool by you. Single life gives you time to express yourself without someone controlling your life, telling you how to live it.
It’s a cool thing to love the feeling, but most times, the stress of being alone could be worse. The moment you get tired of staying single, you see yourself opening up to a relationship.
5.YOU DON’T GET OUT THERE:
Love itself is a risk. You can’t expect love to come to you or fall at your door step. You don’t necessarily have to go out and place a card of being single round your neck, but you could be active online and try out new people.
If you don’t make yourself visible, you can’t attract the one you want. You need to be approachable to get people interested in dating you. Talk to people outside, look good when you step out, push yourself out there.
If these are the reasons why you are still single to stupor, you need to make conscious efforts to get hooked. Truth is being single is not so much of a good feeling, even though you try to act not bothered or the freedom attached to it.
Most of your friends are off the single market and you are out there trying to figure it out. If you find yourself exhibiting any of the listed items, it is never too late to get it fixed.

How To Live A Happy Life: 10 Things To ‘Say Yes’ To Starting Today

“Very little is needed to make a happy life; it is all within yourself, in your way of thinking.”
Marcus Aurelius
“Most people are about as happy as they make up their minds to be.”
Abraham Lincoln
“If you want happiness for an hour — take a nap.
If you want happiness for a day — go fishing.
If you want happiness for a year — inherit a fortune.
If you want happiness for a lifetime — help someone else.”
Chinese Proverb
Saying no is often the easier way out.
When you say no you can safely stay within your comfort zone. You don’t have to fear failing or being rejected. The scary unknown and sometimes difficult change can be avoided.
But if you say yes your life can expand and deepen. The yes allows you to open up your life to more happiness.
Today I would like to share 10 things that I have said yes to and that have helped me to become happier in my life.
Pick one of these that resonate the most with you and focus on making it a part of your life.
1. Being imperfect.
Trying to be perfect is setting the bar too high. It will be impossible to reach. And so you’ll lower your self-esteem. You may not feel very happy about how things are going in your life. Even though they might be going very well indeed.
Perfectionism is mindset that eats at you and your happiness. Saying yes to being imperfect can turn that around.
How to do it:
  • Realize the costs of buying into myths of perfection. By watching too many movies, listening to too many songs and just taking in what the world is telling you it is very easy to be lulled into dreams of perfection. It sounds so good and wonderful and you want it.
But in real life it clashes with reality and it can harm or possibly lead you to end relationships, jobs, projects etc. just because your expectations are out of this world. I find it very helpful to remind myself of this simple fact.
  • Go for good enough. Aiming for perfection usually winds up in a project or something else very slowly or never being finished. So go for good enough instead. Don’t use it as an excuse to slack off. But simply realize that there is something called good enough and when you are there then you are finished with whatever you are doing.
2. Being you.
Not being able to be yourself, always trying to change for others or censoring yourself don’t feel good at all. It makes life feel so small and limited.
So how can you be yourself? Your environment plays a huge part.
How to do it:
  • Supportive people. Spend more time with the people who support your dreams, values and you. Or are at least neutral. And spend less time with people who always criticize you or you simply aren’t a good fit for.
  • Supportive and life-expanding influences outside of your everyday life. Change your environment not only close to you. Go further and spend more time with sources of information that supports your dreams and can give you information that expands and makes your life happier and more exciting. Find support from people you have never met via books, movies, blogs, forums and music. And spend less time with negative and limiting influences.
3. The things that make you come alive.
It is important to find some time and energy for the things that you feel makes you come alive.
How to do it:
  • Mix it up. Try something new, even if it is just something small each week. Eat the vegetarian dish at lunch if you always eat meat. Listen to some music that isn’t your normal cup of tea. Go out to a movie, café or pub with friends if you usually stay in at night. Or vice versa. Create variation and expand your comfort zone regularly in small ways to live a happier life.
  • Reconnect with what you used to love if it has fallen by the wayside. If you used to go fishing, paint or play the guitar and it really made you come alive then reconnect. Use an hour for it this week and see if it still brings you joy and makes you come alive.
4. Optimism.
Pessimism can really limit your life and bring it to a standstill. It can make it feel like there’s no point in trying because it won’t make a difference or you’ll just fail. It can create ceilings and walls made out of glass where there really are none.
Saying yes a more optimistic way of thinking can on the other hand open your life up.
How to do it:
  • Ask yourself optimistic questions. When you’re in what seems like a negative situation then make something better out of it by asking yourself questions that promote optimism and helps you to find solutions. Questions like: What is one thing that is positive or good about this situation? And what is the opportunity within this situation?
  • Start your day off on the right foot. As mentioned in tip #2, the influences in your life can make a huge difference. So choose to spend your breakfast time with an optimistic influence like for example a book, a blog or your mom. Or talk to someone early in the day that most often supports and cheers you up like a co-worker or a friend in school.
5. Turning negative self-talk around.
It is very important to keep your motivation and your self-esteem up to live a happier life.
Your inner critic may be one of biggest obstacles standing in your way of that. If you make a mistake or fail, if someone criticizes you or if you are just getting tired then that small inner voice can become louder and louder and drag and keep you down.
It can tell you that you are stupid or lazy. That you will not succeed. That you are worse or uglier than someone else.
Being able to turn the inner critic around or to shut it up as soon as it pops up is a very helpful skill.
How to do it:
  • Say stop. Simply create a stop word or stop-phrase that you say or shout in your mind whenever your critic pipes up with a distorted and self-esteem hurting thought. Say: Stop! Or: No, no, no, we are not going there again!
  • Explain to yourself what this will lead to over the next year or more. As I mentioned in tip #1, reminding yourself of the cost of buying into myths of perfection is a powerful way to replace those thought habits. This works very well for other self-esteem hurting thought patterns too. Remind yourself of how the inner critic has shaped your life so far. And in your mind see the cost of letting it roam free for another year or five.
6. Saying no when you feel it is the right thing for you to do.
To have the time and energy to say yes to the most important things you have to say no to some things too.
How to do it:
  • What do I truly want to focus my time and energy on? When you get an offer or an opportunity arises ask yourself this question. When you look over your schedule ask yourself this question. Think about and look at what your top priorities are and what you deep want before you say anything.
  • Disarm and then state your need. It becomes easier for people to accept your no if you disarm them first. You could for example do that by honestly saying that you are flattered or that you appreciate the kind offer. Then you, for instance, add that you do not have the time for accepting and doing what they want. Or say that you do not feel that this offer is a good fit for your life right now.
7. Forgiveness.
Not clinging to the past and to the hurt that is there but to let it go and look to the now and the future is an essential thing to find more happiness in your life.
Forgiving is not always easy and can take time but there are some things that can make it a little easier.
How to do it:
  • Remind yourself that you forgive for your own benefit. As long as you don’t forgive someone you are linked to that person. Your thoughts will return to the person who wronged you and what he or she did over and over again.
The emotional link between the two of you is so strong and inflicts much suffering in you and – as a result of your inner turmoil – most often in other people around you too. When you forgive you do not only release the other person. You set yourself free from all of that agony too.
  • Make a habit of forgiving yourself. Do not just forgive others but also yourself. By forgiving yourself – instead of resenting yourself for something you did a week or 10 years ago – you make the habit of forgiveness more and more of a natural part of you. And so forgiving others becomes easier too.
8. Making someone else happy.
Making someone else happier has many benefits. The happiness spreads back to you as you see his or her face light up and as you know you did the right thing.
It spreads back to you as people have a strong tendency to want to give back when you have done something good for them. And it spreads out into the world as that now happier person may spread his or her happiness to other people.
How to do it:
  • Help out practically. Lend someone a hand when they are moving. Or give them a ride in your car. Or if they need information, try to find a solution by asking the people you know or via Google.
  • Just listen. Sometime a friend or someone close to you may just want to vent or for someone to listen as he or she figures things out. It may not seem like much but it can be an immense help for someone who needs it. So be there fully – don’t sit there thinking about something else – and listen.
9. Openness and growth.
Saying yes to being open to the good things in life and growing as a person plays a big role when it comes to happiness.
The other things in this article will help you with that. But here are two more tips that will make your journey a little easier and simpler.
How to do it:
  • Change one thing at a time. Changing many things or your whole life at once sure sounds good. But willpower is something we often overestimate and everyday life tends to come in the way. So to make sure you have a much better chance of changing a habit or area of your life change just one thing at a time.
  • Start small. Just say no to one small thing you don’t want to do this week. Or forgive one person for one thing. Or help and make someone happy in some small way. Take just one small step outside of your comfort zone.
10. To living your life fully despite setbacks.
When things have been standing still for while or you hit a bump in the road then it’s easy to back down. To shrink. To give in or give up.
But a better way to say yes to happiness in those situations is to say yes to living your life fully.
How to do it:
  • Keep going. When you fail or make a mistake don’t give up. Reconnect with optimism by using the questions further up in this article. Find inspiration from books and blogs and the people around you. Don’t beat yourself up. Instead nudge yourself back on track again.
  • Remember, it’s not too late to change your life. I didn’t really try to improve my life very much until I was 25. And many throughout the world and history have made positive changes far later in life than that. So if you want to make a change then start today. Work with what you have where you are right now. Start small and take the first step towards something new.

[A Must Read] 10 Things Ladies Do When They Visit A Guy They Don’t Want To Have Séx With

There is a reaction to every action; most ladies are naturally cautious and it would be a lie to think most of them do not think or assume men would want to sleep with them the very first time they visit them.
As a result of this, women also devise methods that would protect them as much as possible so the guys would not sleep with them on the first date. Having s*x may be inevitable in that relationship at the long run, but women are able to prolong the abstinence for as long as possible when they do take certain steps.
Find below some of the things ladies do when they do not want a guy to sleep with them anytime they go visit them:
10. Keeping The Door Opened
Ladies sometimes are on the defensive side and ask men to open the door to their rooms so everyone could see what is happening in the room.
To an extent, ladies feel comfortable this way as they know it is near impossible for the guys to attempt being funny or try to have sex with them with the door wide opened.
9. Wearing Tight Clothes
Another thing ladies do when they go visit men in their houses is to wear tight clothes that have restrictions. It would be pretty difficult getting them out of the cloth and it would give them enough time to allow sanity creep back in peradventure they got carried away.
8. Red Flag Shows Up (Menstruation)
Ladies know that men do not like hearing the fact that the red flag is on. Most men would be irritated seeing the blood bank of the girls when they want to sleep with them.
It is a natural turn off for men so ladies use it as a weapon and say they are on. Some even go on to wear pads just to prove it is real.
7. They Would Have A Friend With Them
Ladies do not like visiting men for the first time alone. They would rather go with one or two friends that would help them break the tension that could be around the place.
Having one or two other girls in the room apart from the main girl visiting would spoil the show for the men. Ladies can be sure nothing would happen then.
6. They Avoid Sitting On The Bed
Many ladies avoid sitting on the bed when they visit men as they feel they are falling into a trap.
The bed makes them more cautious and to avoid being tempted or lured into doing something they do not want to do at that moment, they would rather sit on the chair.
5. They Receive Calls At Intervals
When ladies feel like they have stayed long enough in a place, they start to receive calls that would make the guys feel they need to be on their way. Some even become apologetic on the phone to make the guy feel they have to go somewhere immediately.
In some cases, girls put their friends up to this and make them call them at intervals just to prevent the guy from launching his sex idea on them.
4. They Focus On Something
Another thing ladies do when visiting guys in their houses is to concentrate on doing a particular thing. Some place all their attention on books while some watch movies and do not give the guys the time to want to get personal with them.’
3. List Of House Chores
Ladies avoid having séx with men they visit by coming up with the excuse of leaving for their own house.
Usually, the guy would try to persuade them and they would come up with the annoying list of things they need to do at home before their parents or guardians get back.
2. Stories That Touch The Heart
Sometimes, ladies cook up all sorts of stories that would make men pity them; they talk about how they have suffered one or two forms of abuse in their previous relationships. They act traumatized and this would naturally throw the men off balance.
It would after all be inappropriate for the guys to want to try anything funny after they have heard their heart touching tales.
1. They Act Edgy
Sometimes, ladies deliberately put up an edgy front when they visit men in their houses. They act uncomfortable and would be cold towards the guy till they leave. Men sense their defense and aloofness and would rather leave them alone till they adjust.
What other excuses do you think ladies comes up with when they visit a guy but don’t want to have S*x with him.
Drop your comments.

Time Management Tecniques That You Should Adopt

The first thing you should understand when learning about time, what time really is. A dictionary defines time as “the point or period at which things occur.” Put simply, time is when things or events occur.
Basically, there are two types of time:
Clock time and Real time. In clock time, there are 60 seconds in a minute, 60 minutes in an hour, 24 hours in a day and 365 days in a year. All time passes equally both clock time and real time. When someone turns 50, they are exactly 50 years old, no more or no less in real time and clock time. In real time, all time is relative. Time flies or drags depending on what you’re doing. Two hours at the Department of Motor Vehicles can feel like 12 years. And yet our 12-year-old children seem to have grown up in only two hours.
Which time describes the world in which you really live, real time or clock time?
The reason time management gadgets and systems don’t work is that these systems are designed to manage clock time. Clock time is irrelevant. You don’t live in or even have access to clock time. You live in real time, a world in which all time flies when you are having fun or drags when you are doing your taxes. The good news is that real time is mental. It exists between your ears. You create it. Anything you create, you can manage. It’s time to remove any self-sabotage or self-limitation you have around “not having enough time,” or today not being “the right time” to start a business or manage your current business properly.
Now that we have clearly explained the concept of time, let’s explain how you spend your time daily and on what things you spend your time. There are only three ways to spend time: thoughts, conversations and actions. Thoughts, conversations and actions are the three ways to spend one’s time. Regardless of the type of business you own, your work would be composed of those three (3) items. As a student or working class individual, you may frequently be interrupted or pulled in different directions. While you cannot eliminate distractions, you need to get a say on how much time you will spend on thoughts, conversations and actions that would lead you to success.
Here’s a list of time management techniques you should begin to practice;
  1. Carry a schedule and record all your thoughts, conversations and activities for a week. This will help you understand how much you can get done during the course of a day and where your precious moments are going. You’ll see how much time is actually spent producing results and how much time is wasted on unproductive thoughts, conversations and actions.
  2. Any activity or conversation that’s important to your success should have a time assigned to it. To-do lists get longer and longer to the point where they’re unworkable. Appointment books work. Schedule appointments with yourself and create time blocks for high-priority thoughts, conversations, and actions. Schedule when they will begin and end. Have the discipline to keep these appointments.
  3. Plan to spend at least 50 percent of your time engaged in the thoughts, activities and conversations that produce most of your results.
  4. Schedule time for interruptions. Plan time to be pulled away from what you’re doing. Take, for instance, the concept of having “office hours.” Isn’t “office hours” another way of saying “planned interruptions?”
  5. Take the first 30 minutes of every day to plan your day. Don’t start your day until you complete your time plan. The most important time of your day is the time you schedule to schedule time.
  6. Take five minutes before every call and task to decide what result you want to attain. This will help you know what success looks like before you start. And it will also slow time down. Take five minutes after each call and activity to determine whether your desired result was achieved. If not, what was missing? How do you put what’s missing in your next call or activity?
  7. Put up a “Do not disturb” sign when you absolutely have to get work done.
  8. Practice not answering the phone just because it’s ringing and e-mails just because they show up. Disconnect instant messaging. Don’t instantly give people your attention unless it’s absolutely crucial in your business to offer an immediate human response. Instead, schedule a time to answer email and return phone calls.
  9. Block out other distractions like Facebook and other forms of social media unless you use these tools to generate business.
  10. Remember that it’s impossible to get everything done. Also remember that odds are good that 20 percent of your thoughts, conversations and activities produce 80 percent of your results.
I know i’m not perfect so i however need you guys’ contribution to this via the comment box below. Have a great week ahead. Go and keep winning!!

Mathew Smith will achieve the feat when he leads the Nottingham Symphony Orchestra's performance of Johann Strauss’ operetta Die Fledermaus on April 2.

Mathew has been practicing with the Nottingham Orchestra over the past several weeks and says he is almost ready for the challenge.
He says: "I have been rehearsing with the orchestra for a couple of weeks now and it’s sounding really good. There are some difficult parts where the music gets faster so I have to move my arms more but I’m getting the hang of it."

Mathew also says that he can conduct the entire Die Fledermaus piece from memory and that he first listened to it when he was seven years old.
He adds that he was inspired to try his hand at conducting after watching a video of a young child conducting a nine-minute piece

Be Motivated: Check Out The 5 Things Successful People Do Daily

Extensive research has shown that though there is no straight formula in achieving success, one can become successful if they stick to certain useful habits and strategies daily.

Below are five things those who get ahead do to set themselves apart.

1. Studying

In a world where knowledge is wealth and power you have to keep up. Going a day without studying anything new hampers your growth and also renders you ignorant, which has been described by many as expensive.

Studying gives you new ideas and arms you with the requisite information to use to your advantage. Amateurs become protegees by studying and mastering their craft.

2. Setting Goals

Whatever you want to achieve for a week, month, year document it. By so doing you have a roadmap to follow.

This enhances focus and enables you to keep tabs on your progress as well.

3. Planning Goals

don’t just happen in a vacuum they need a laid down roadmap as to how they will come about. Research has show that writing down you goals gives them shape and the plans to achieve them gives you focus.

4. Exercising

The to successful your body must perform at its highest level. That is something exercising can help you with. Not only will it keep you in good health but challenge your body to do the unexpected. Thirty minutes of exercise won’t break a bone.

5. Relaxing

You need a break at a point. Don’t drive yourself like a horse. It brings about ineffectiveness. When stressed up relax. The great ideas flow during this period.

You have nothing to lose. Just try them out.

WHERE IS THE BARCELONA IN YOU? BELIEF AND THE FOUR LESSONS YOU MUST LEARN FROM BARCA!

Where is the Barcelona in you? Belief and the four lessons you must learn from Barca!

The Champions league greatest comeback is not an easy feat. At the end of this post, you will learn how your mind can trick your opponent and give you what you desire, how your mind is just all you need to educate to be a success. Do not be tempted to quit this post because it sights example using football, it is only a way to drive home the point, there is no better way to pass my message at the moment other than this.
As I write this, the footballing world has gone crazy. Understandably so, there is celebrations of the greatest comeback in the history of the Champions league(the most celebrated footballing competition after the world cup).
No team has ever overturned a 4 goal deficit from the first leg, yet this is the reality, as Barcelona must overturn the very same score line to navigate past the round of sixteen. If barcelona does it, then they have achieved Champions league greatest comeback. It was crazy to explain to people that it is possible, you’ll appear to them as stupid. Even though they all held the belief that in football anything is possible, they just will not give Barca a chance, after all it had never been done.
I must admit, it was somewhat hard for me to admit will do it(Did I even?), however, I knew for sure Barca would win(but not so sure they would qualify), but would PSG not get a goal to kill the game off? Only one goal from PSG was needed to make the battle a more herculean task. Everybody talked that since PSG could win the first leg by a wide margin, they won’t come to the second leg to be just passengers.

Here is the rule

1. Barca must score four goals to force extra time,
2. For a straight victory, barca must score five goals un-replied
3. For every one goal PSG scored, Barca needs two more, (i.e 5:0, 6:1, 7:2, etc) anything less, PSG progresses.

Reality check

Its 88 minutes(of the allotted 90 minutes + extra time) and the score is 4:1, how can Barcelona score 2 goals? Everything seem over.
Here are the lessons you must learn from the greatest comeback in the history of the champions league

Life lessons from The Champions league greatest comeback

It is no news football is applicable to life, and this lessons only further proves that point.

1. Desire

I cannot state this enough, desire is the starting point of every success. Once you desire something, there is little that can stop you, even when what you desire doesn’t seem to be on the cards, there is a way things will scatter to rearrange just to make sure your desire is met, its beyond the physical what the spirit of desire can do.

2. Believe

what is your desire if you don’t believe you can? Belief is the next in the ingredients of success, in some quarters they call it faith, and as it was written in one of my posts, Desire backed by faith knows no such thing as impossible. If you believe it, there is nothing stopping you, though it may seem impossible, it is only a test of faith, a test of character and how much of magic your belief can and is willing to pull off.

3. Never kill the fighting spirit

At this stage, your intellect is going to be the one distracting and deceiving you. If you persisted from the first and second stage, and the ether(metaphysical universe) has seen that your desire outclasses it, your belief – unquenchable, it’ll use your own mind to attack you, this is the strongest. Once you win the “self battle”, you’ve won the greatest battle. If yourself defeats you, who can redeem you? No one!

A lot of reasons to give up will arise, and right reasons at that. But hey! Never ever, ever give up. It was 90 minutes already, the 5 minutes extra given was almost exhausted, only a few seconds left, yet these guys still kept the fighting spirit alive. At some point, the fighting spirit is all you have. The fighting spirit in Barcelona has helped them achieve Champions league greatest comeback.
Once you win the “self battle”, you’ve won the greatest battle

4. Fight

What do you do with the fighting spirit you have? Use it, Fight. Fight, fight and fight, until you win, the battle is not over. It is widely believed, it’s not over until it is over, but I believe it is not over until you win.

5. Luck?

N0 such thing, during that game, some officiating might have gone in the way of Barcelona, many believe this is cheating, don’t believe that. In the game of life, if you exhibit the above 4 rules, some things will unduly go in your favour, Christians call it grace, I suppose whatever you call it is right, but not Cheating, neither is it luck. You had it because you have given something. And for your desire to come to pass, sometimes, something must go wrong for your opponents. If they have succumbed, they won’t have completed the Champions league greatest comeback
Here are five lessons the greatest comeback in the history of champions league has to teach. Barcelona qualified, 6 goals to 1, and it was incredible. The last goal came at the very death.

Over to you

Did you see that game? What do you think of the Champions league greatest comeback. Do you think these lessons applies to life and can you apply them if they do? Share with us using the comment area below.

9 Cancer Symptoms Nigerian Men Shouldn’t Ignore

Cancer is a life taking disease and so many lives have been lost due to this disease, One of the best ways to fight the disease is to catch it in the early stages, when it’s more treatable. The problem is that the warning signs for many kinds of cancer can seem pretty mild.
Take a look at these 9 signs and symptoms. Some are linked more strongly to cancer than others, but all are worth knowing about…..
1. Problems When You Pee
Many men have some problems peeing as they get older, like:
  • A need to pee more often, especially at night
  • Dribbling, leaking, or an urgent need to go
  • Trouble starting to pee, or a weak stream
An enlarged prostate gland usually causes these symptoms, but so can prostate cancer. See your doctor to check on the cause of the problem. He’ll give you an exam to look for an enlarged prostate, and he may talk to you about a blood test (called a PSA test) for prostate cancer.
2. Changes in Your Testicles
“If you notice a lump, heaviness, or any other change in your testicle, never delay having it looked at,” says Herbert Lepor, MD, urology chairman at New York University Langone Medical Center. “Unlike prostate cancer, which grows slowly, testicular cancer can take off overnight.” Your doctor will look for any problems with a physical exam, blood tests, and an ultrasound of your scrotum.
3. Blood in Your Pee or Stool
These can be among the first signs of cancer of the bladder, kidneys, or colon. It’s a good idea to see your doctor for any bleeding that’s not normal, even if you don’t have other symptoms, Lepor says. Although you’re more likely to have a problem that’s not cancer, like hemorrhoids or a urinary infection, it’s important to find and treat the cause.
4. Skin Changes
When you notice a change in the size, shape, or color of a mole or other spot on your skin, see your doctor as soon as you can. Spots that are new or look different are top signs of skin cancer. You’ll need an exam and perhaps a biopsy, which means doctors remove a small piece of tissue for testing. With skin cancer, you don’t want to wait, says Marleen Meyers, MD, an oncologist at NYU Perlmutter Cancer Center.
5. Changes in Lymph Nodes
Swollen lymph nodes, small bean-shaped glands found in your neck, armpits, and other places, often signal that something’s going on in your body. Usually, they mean your immune system is fighting a sore throat or cold, but certain cancers also can make them change. Have your doctor check any swelling that doesn’t get better in 2 to 4 weeks, Meyers says.
6. Trouble Swallowing
Some people have trouble swallowing from time to time. But if your problems don’t go away and you’re also losing weight or vomiting, your doctor may want to check you for throat or stomach cancer. He’ll start with a throat exam and barium X-ray. During a barium test, you drink a special liquid that makes your throat stand out on the X-ray.
7. Heartburn
You can take care of most cases of heartburn with changes to your diet, drinking habits, and stress levels. If that doesn’t help, ask your doctor to look into your symptoms. Heartburn that doesn’t go away or gets worse could mean stomach or throat cancer.
8. Mouth Changes
If you smoke or chew tobacco, you have a higher risk of mouth cancer. Keep an eye out for white or red patches inside your mouth or on your lips. Talk to your doctor or dentist about tests and treatments.
9. Weight Loss Without Trying
Pants fitting a little looser? If you haven’t changed your diet or exercise habits, it could mean that stress or a thyroid problem is taking a toll. But losing 10 pounds or more without trying isn’t normal. Although most unintended weight loss is not cancer, it’s one of the signs of cancer of the pancreas, stomach, or lungs. Your doctor can find out more with blood tests and tools that make detailed pictures of the inside of your body, like a CT or PET scan.
